All adult and youth referees in the Clark County Southwest Washington area are invited to attend  meetings of the Columbia Soccer Referee Association (CSRA). The association meets at St. Paul Lutheran Church (basement) on W 13th St. between  Franklin St. & Esther St. - Downtown Vancouver on the second Monday of each month (except July) at 7:30 PM.

Instructional material is given during the first part of our meetings which qualifies towards yearly recertification. Business  portion of the meeting follows.
