Use this form to update any changes for the data base.

CSRA assigns soccer officials to competitive level matches for several local youth and adult leagues. Members pay their dues at the beginning of the calendar year or dues will automatically be deducted from game fees.
Membership Fee: Adults = $30 - Youths (under 18) = Free

If you want WSYSA youth assignments - you have to have a current RMA# issued by Washington State Youth Soccer Assoc.

Registration also requires that both IRS W-9 forms be filled out. After clicking on the links - you can type your information into the fields required - print it out and mail to the address on the form.
