Thank you in your interest in becoming a Columbia SRA member. Recommendations from assignors, assessors, or current Columbia SRA         members are necessary requirements before we extend membership. After you submit the form - we will e-mail an inquiry form to you.

Yearly Membership Fees: Adults = $35.00 Youths (under 19) = $20.00
Adult/Youth officials - a 5% match fee is deducted to cover assignor fees and overhead.
